The Blower Foundation is a Registered UK Charitable Trust founded in 2004. The Trustees direct the Trust in its aims to support projects that connect people to their cultural heritage, which the Trustees believe is an empowering and necessary endeavour in the fragmented world we live in today. This is being achieved in three ways.

The Jeremy Howard Studentship and Clenshaw Scholarship are annual endowments of financial support of £3,000 at degree and post-graduate level for academic study in cultural heritage and architecture. The Collections are an expanding archive of material about the built environment, numbering thousands of sketches, models, photographs, drawings and reference material. The Publications and online image database are a way for the public to access this open-source material in a way that celebrates the varied and rich cultural heritage in our built environment.
